Annual membership, payable by Standing Order is £175 per person or £350 per couple. Membership includes all children under 21 years and includes burial scheme. Fees are subject to a £25 charge if you wish to pay by cheque. To make your regular monthly membership payment, please e-mail us for a Standing Order Form.

We now accept 'Associates Members' for those who would like to include single adult children aged between 21 and 35 at a reduced fee of £75 per individual, please complete the Associate Member section of the Membership Form. This includes full burial rights.

We have kept the fees to a minimum, but inability to pay will not prevent you from joining. Please contact us in confidence to discuss your needs.

Payment can be monthly by standing order or annually.

Currently we have a Shabbat Services on the first and third Saturday in the month held at the Borehamwood and Elstree Childrens' Centre, Shakespeare Drive, off Furzehill Road, Borehamwood, WD6 2FD. For a full schedule of our services and events for 2010 click here.

We are a growing community and if you are able to give some support, for example with leining, children's services, kiddushes or want to join our steering group, you would be most welcome.

Can You Help?

We are looking to recruit volunteers for various roles within our community. If you can assist us please get in touch. Details below:

• Mother & Toddler Group We are looking to establish a Mother & Toddler group which will be run by Mums. Anyone interested in helping or joining should e-mail: admin@ebmc.org.uk

• Can you help with Children's Services? We need people to take both toddlers and juniors Shabbat morning service. No previous experience required. All resources and help in preparation provided.

• Security Volunteers for Shabbat and High Holyday Services

• Kiddish - We need people to set up and clear away our Kiddish after Shabbat morning service. You can also sponsor a Kiddish if you are commemorating a special occasion.

• Can you leyn or take a service? We would be especially happy to hear from those who would like to become involved in leading our services.
